Joe Sonderman - Former Senior Vice President of Operations, Aerofil (now kdc/one)
Joe is a manufacturing veteran with more than 40 years of experience, with 15 years leading Operations at Aerofil Technology. Joe’s primary focus is on Safety, Regulatory, Processing, Packaging, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics. Joe comes from a diverse background with previous manufacturing experience at Unilever and Spectrum Brands. He works closely with all groups, including customers, suppliers, leadership teams, and all hourly employees, and uses his strong communication skills to facilitate coordination, interaction, and success with all groups.
